Choosing Plasma Chemistry Resources

Over the last few weeks I have been trying to learn more about plasma chemistry because it became part of a project I recently joined. The biggest challenge has not been finding information but figuring out which resources are actually organized well enough to build a clear understanding from the beginning. I would rather use materials that explain the available tools and databases in a structured way instead of jumping between unrelated sources. Has anyone found something that made this process easier?

Spending some time with structured documentation often saves much more time later during practical work.
